	Alpha Risk Management has just passed the $50 billion mark assisting lenders in acquisition and construction loans. 774 6th Avenue was the latest in construction loans where Alpha Risk Management studied the risk management aspects of this project, wrote the insurance requirements into the loan agreement and verified the coverages documented with the closing package. We also oversaw the process by which the OCIP was awarded to the winning broker as well as the Design Team and Builders Risk coverages.
